Terms of Use
Effective date: 14 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Onullan (오늘란, Republic of Korea), which runs the mobile game My Football Hero (the "game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Online safety: what is not allowed, how to report illegal or harmful content, how we deal with it, and how to complain or appeal are explained in section 16.
Québec: these terms are also available in French (Conditions d'utilisation). If you live in Québec, the French version applies to you unless you expressly choose to be bound by this English version.
1. Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old to play.
- If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
2. Your account
- The game creates an account for you the first time you open it. You can link it to Google or Apple to play on other devices.
- Your account is for you only. Don't sell, lend or give it to anyone else, and keep your account access code private.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings › My data › Delete account. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone: your careers, Competitive players and club records, Crowns, items in your account storage and anything you bought are removed. Cancel any subscription with Apple or Google separately (section 4).
3. Crowns and in-game items
- Crowns are the game's premium currency. You can earn them in the game or buy them. The € money in the game is part of the game world and can't be bought.
- Crowns and in-game items are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and can't be transferred to another account. You don't own them as property.
- Crowns you buy (the amount shown on the bundle) are paid Crowns. Crowns from in-game rewards, and the extra Crowns added by the first-purchase double bonus, are free Crowns. Free Crowns are always spent first. If a purchase is refunded, paid Crowns are taken back first. The game shows your total.
- The things you can buy with real money are shown in the shop under Offers: the Pro Contract subscription, the Legend Pass, the Starter Pack and Crown bundles. The price (in your local currency, set by the store) and exactly what you get are shown before you pay.
- Purchases are processed by the store you downloaded the game from (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are delivered straight away. If you bought through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.
4. Pro Contract (subscription)
- The Pro Contract is an auto-renewing subscription (1 month on the App Store, 30 days on Google Play). It renews automatically and you are charged for the next period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel any time: iPhone — Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; Android — Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. After you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep the benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.
- The Legend Pass lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are handled by the store you paid through, under its policy: App Store — reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play — the Google Play Help Centre or your Play order history. You can also contact us (section 14) and we will help.
- Because in-game content is delivered immediately after purchase, you may lose any right to cancel once delivery starts, where the law allows that. This doesn't affect your right to a remedy if what you bought is faulty or not as described.
- If a purchase is refunded, we remove what it gave you. If you have already used it, we may remove an equivalent amount of Crowns or other items.
6. Card packs and other random items
- Some items, such as card packs, give random results. Some of them can be opened with Crowns. Crowns can be bought with real money, so these count as paid random items.
- We never sell random items directly for real money.
- The odds for every random item are shown in the game under Settings › Support › Odds and next to the items themselves, and on our website at onullan.co.kr/probability-en.
7. Rewarded ads
Ads appear only when you choose to watch one. If you watch to the end, you get the reward shown. You never have to watch ads to play. Rewards obtained by cheating may be removed.
8. Chat and playing with others
Competitive mode is one league for players in every country where the game is available, including Korea and Japan, so you will meet players who live elsewhere and write in other languages. You can talk and share in these places:
- club chat — your club's members;
- match chat during a live match — the players of both clubs can write, and spectators can read;
- one-to-one transfer chats — a club leader and the player they approach;
- cheers — short messages for any club, which every player can read;
- lounges — groups anyone can create, find by name and read; members can post;
- reactions, likes and welcome greetings, which use fixed emoji or wording.
Don't post anything that is:
- abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or sexual;
- spam or advertising;
- someone's personal information (contact details, real names, addresses);
- an offer to buy or sell accounts or game items for real money.
The first time you post, you are asked to agree to these rules. In a one-to-one transfer chat, the player who is approached sees only the first request message until they accept the chat. If they decline, the club can't send them another request in that transfer window, and they can block or report at the request stage. You can report a message, cheer, lounge post or lounge name by tapping it. To block a player, tap their name, or use the Block button at the top of a one-to-one transfer chat. Something reported by several players may be hidden before we review it. If you break these rules, we may hide or delete what you posted, stop you from posting, or suspend your account for serious or repeated breaches. If you think we got it wrong, tell us through Settings › Support › Contact us.
Players under 18 and UK accounts: lounges are switched off, other players can't see when you were last online, and in match chat you only see your own club's side.
9. Player photos
In Competitive mode you can upload a photo for your player. Other players see it only if you agree to these rules, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings › Competitive › Show player photo. Only upload a photo you took yourself or have the right to use. Don't upload:
- photos of real athletes, celebrities or other famous people, or images made to look like them;
- photos of other people without their permission;
- images someone else owns the copyright to (news agencies, photographers, other players);
- sexual, violent or hateful images, or any sexualised image of a minor;
- anything else that breaks the law or someone else's rights.
You keep the rights to your photo. By uploading it you allow us to store it and show it to other players in the game until you turn it off or delete your account.
Any player can report a photo from the player info screen. A reported photo is hidden for the person who reported it straight away; a photo reported by several players is hidden for everyone until we review it, and we let the uploader know by in-game mail. Photos that break the rules are hidden or deleted. Repeated breaches can stop you uploading photos or lead to suspension.
Rights holders: if your image or copyright work is used in the game without permission, email eggfortoday@gmail.com with your name and contact details, the player name and nickname concerned (a screenshot helps), and how you hold the rights. We will hide the photo straight away while we check.
10. AI in the game
- Wife messages (with the Pro Contract) and the wife's congratulations after Competitive matches are written by an AI (Anthropic's Claude), not a real person. So are the reporter's questions and headlines in post-match interviews.
- Support: an AI reads your support request first and drafts a reply. Requests in languages other than Korean are checked by a person before any reply is sent. Where our records clearly show a fault cost you progress or a reward, the AI may restore a recent backup (you decide whether to apply it) or send a small compensation, within fixed limits; it can't refund, take anything away, restrict your account or delete data. If you disagree with a reply, answer it and a person will review it.
- The in-game wife is an AI companion character and may not be suitable for some minors. If you tell her you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, she stops the role-play and shows where to get help. How this works: onullan.co.kr/ai-safety-en.
- AI replies may be inaccurate or odd. You can report any AI reply by tapping it. Don't try to make the AI say harmful things, and don't share real personal information with it. See our Privacy Policy (section 5) for what is sent to Anthropic.
11. Things you must not do
- modify the game, or use bugs or exploits to gain an advantage;
- use bots, scripts or other automation;
- buy, sell or trade accounts, Crowns or items for real money;
- use someone else's account, or pretend to be us or our staff;
- create accounts to collect rewards (such as invite rewards) unfairly.
If you do, we may remove what you gained and restrict or suspend your account. For serious or repeated breaches we may close it. We will tell you why where we can, and you can ask us to review the decision.
12. Changes to the game and ending the service
- We update the game regularly, and content, balance and features can change.
- We will give at least 7 days' notice in the game before changing these terms, or 30 days if the change is to your disadvantage.
- If we close the game, we will tell you in the game at least 30 days before and stop selling Crowns as soon as we announce it; you can keep using what you have until the end. Where the law where you live gives you a refund for unspent purchased Crowns or paid items with time left, we will provide it; you can also ask Apple or Google.
13. Our responsibility to you
- We work hard to keep the game running and your saves safe, but the game is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection, or by you breaking these terms.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer (such as under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Australian Consumer Law).
14. Contact and disputes
Onullan (오늘란) · Owner: Hanna Kwon · Business registration number 826-94-02108 · Mail-order business report no. 2026-서울영등포-2196

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
15. Names and crests
The clubs, players, competitions and crests in the English version of the game are fictional. Some club names are inspired by real places or clubs. The game has no connection with, and is not endorsed by, any real club, league, competition or person, and uses no real crests.
16. Online safety: illegal content, reports and complaints
This section explains how we protect people from illegal content, and children from harmful content, in the parts of the game where players share things with each other: club chat, match chat, one-to-one transfer chats, cheers, lounges (names and posts), player photos, player names and nicknames, and post-match interview headlines. All of these are text only, except player photos — you can't send pictures, videos, voice or files in chat, cheers or lounges.
16.1 What is not allowed
Anything illegal, and in particular:
- terrorism content — for example supporting, promoting or recruiting for a terrorist group;
- child sexual exploitation and abuse — any sexual image of a child, and any attempt to build a relationship with a child for sexual purposes (grooming), including asking a child for photos, personal details or to move to another app;
- other illegal content, such as threats, harassment, stalking, hate, intimate images shared without consent, extreme pornography, fraud and scams, selling drugs or weapons, and encouraging or helping suicide or self-harm.
Content that is harmful to children is not allowed either, even where it is legal for adults: pornography; content encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders; bullying; abuse or hatred based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or gender reassignment; content encouraging serious violence or dangerous stunts; and graphic violence. Sections 8 and 9 also apply.
16.2 How we keep illegal content off the game
- For all illegal content: club chat can only be read by that club's members, and a transfer chat only by its two people; match chat can be written only by the players of the two clubs; cheers and lounges are public, so they have daily posting limits and new accounts must wait before creating a lounge; messages are short text; offensive words in Korean, English and Japanese are masked in every place where players write ; a player photo is only shown after its owner has agreed to the photo rules; and anything reported to us is reviewed by a person. When we find illegal content, or are told about it, we take it down swiftly — usually by hiding it for everyone first and then deleting it.
- Terrorism content: we delete it as soon as we find it or are told about it, and close the account. We remove accounts run by or for a proscribed organisation.
- Child sexual exploitation and abuse: chat can't carry images, so photos can only appear as player photos, which any player can report. We delete this content as soon as we find it or are told about it, permanently ban the account and report it to the relevant authorities.
- Other illegal content: we hide or delete it, and depending on how serious it is we stop the account from chatting or uploading photos, or suspend or close it.
16.3 How to report
- Club chat, match chat, transfer chats, cheers and lounge posts: tap the message, then report it. You can also block the player so you no longer see their messages.
- Lounge names: open the lounge and report its name.
- Player photos: open the player's info screen and report the photo.
- Anything else, or if you don't play the game (for example a parent, or someone shown or targeted in content): email eggfortoday@gmail.com with the subject "Online safety report" and tell us the club, player name or nickname concerned. Players can also use Settings › Support › Contact us.
- Intimate images shared without consent: if you are the person shown (or acting for them), email us with the subject "Intimate image report". We will take the image, and any copy of it we identify, down as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 48 hours after we receive the report.
What happens next: a reported photo is hidden from you straight away; a message you report in a transfer chat is hidden straight away; a message, cheer, lounge post, lounge name or photo reported by several players is hidden for everyone until we review it. We aim to look at every report within 24 hours of receiving it and then take any action needed. This is a target for when we first check a report, not a promise that every case will be resolved within 24 hours (intimate image reports are always dealt with within 48 hours, as described above). We tell you what we decided when you reported through Contact us or email. We do not tell the person you reported who reported them.
16.4 Automated tools
The game automatically replaces a list of offensive words with asterisks before messages, cheers, lounge posts and interview answers are shown, and refuses lounge names that contain them (keyword matching). It does not delete messages, hide photos or restrict accounts by itself: those decisions are made by a person, or by the report count described above. The AI that reads support requests (section 10) does not decide reports about other players' content. Uploaded photos are only checked to make sure they are real JPEG, PNG or WebP image files.
16.5 Complaints and appeals
You can complain to us if:
- you think content in the game is illegal, or harmful to children;
- you think we are not meeting our duties under the UK Online Safety Act (about illegal content, children's safety, reporting, or freedom of expression and privacy);
- we removed your content because we decided it was illegal or broke these terms, or we warned you, stopped you from chatting or uploading photos, or suspended or closed your account (an appeal);
- you think our automated word filter was used in a way these terms don't describe.
Send your complaint through Settings › Support › Contact us or by email to eggfortoday@gmail.com. You can include screenshots or any other information that helps. We will confirm we have received it, tell you roughly how long it will take, and deal with it promptly. If an appeal succeeds, we restore your content or account as far as we can. You can tell us at any time that you don't want further messages about your complaint. We may disregard complaints that are clearly abusive or repeat a complaint we have already decided without anything new. Complaining to us doesn't stop you taking legal action if you think we have broken our contract with you.
16.6 Who is responsible
Hanna Kwon, owner of Onullan, is responsible for online safety in the game, including how we deal with reports and complaints. Contact: eggfortoday@gmail.com.
